This is the Gyldenholt Cooking Guild, known as the Right Noble Upper Crust Cooking Guild. We are a group within the Society for Creative Anachronism dedicated to sharing ideas and experiences regarding 600 to pre-1600 cooking and related issues. Within here you will see information from and about the local group, our thoughts and opinions, and a variety of cooking topics.

The Right Noble Upper Crust Cooking Guild is proud to announce their first collaboration.
Il Liber de Coquina, a book about the kitchen.
This is an early 14th century book from the Angevin court of Naples. It has over 30 delicious recipes, all translated and redacted to the high standards of the Right Noble Upper Crust.

On behalf of the guild, we wish you “Good Eating”.
Copies are available from the guild mistress, Baroness Ceara, copies are $5.00.
